Alexander Hualapai Softball Complex

CMWorks provided full-time construction management services for construction of a $19 million City Park. The project sits on 48 acres and consisted of twelve (12) 300-foot softball fields (ASA & NCAA regulation) complete with remote sport lighting, associated parking, playgrounds, restroom/concession buildings, shade shelters, spectator seating, incidental structures, walking trails, irrigation and desert landscaping. The project also includes two championship fields in the complex with stadium style covered spectator seating.   A portion of the facility is located within the Lone Mountain Detention Basin and meets Clark County Regional Flood Control District Recreational Use Guidelines.
